Official Print Edition Notice

The online article and issue records of Clinical Medicine and Pharmacology identify the journal’s published content. A physical copy is an official print edition only when it has been produced or expressly authorised by Jandoo Press and is identified as such. Printing an openly licensed article for personal, professional or permitted commercial use does not, by itself, create an official CMP edition.

Current print supply

Official printed copies of Clinical Medicine and Pharmacology are produced and sold on request. A print copy is not provided by default with publication and is not included in the APC. The Finance Office confirms the requested issue, quantity, format, production and delivery charges, expected fulfilment and cancellation terms in a written quotation before accepting an order or print subscription. Availability is assessed for that order; the existence of an online issue does not promise printed stock. Enquiries go to cmpfinance@jandoopress.com.

Edition identity and identifiers

An official CMP print product identifies Jandoo Press as publisher, the journal title, volume and issue or included article citations, edition or production date and the source online record. The print ISSN is 2760-3288; the electronic ISSN 2760-1757 identifies the online edition. Earlier-title material retains its historically correct title and identifiers. An order for a reprint or bound selection must state its contents so that a partial collection is not presented as a complete issue.

Printing under the article licence

CC BY 4.0 permits uses within its terms, including making and distributing printed copies, with attribution, the licence link and an indication of changes where required. A reader does not need to buy an official edition in order to exercise those rights. Third party exclusions and personal rights remain applicable. A privately produced copy should not use the journal’s identity in a way that suggests authorisation or endorsement that has not been given.

Order confirmation and fulfilment

Orders are handled by the Finance Office separately from manuscript assessment. The quotation itemises production, handling, shipping and any applicable tax, states the delivery destination and expected fulfilment, and explains cancellation before acceptance and after production begins. The purchaser approves the quotation before payment or production. A material change in specification, price or delivery requires renewed agreement. A complaint about a missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied copy is assessed against the confirmed order and applicable consumer rights; purchasing copies cannot influence a clinical acceptance decision.

Version and clinical safety

A printed copy should identify the source article and DOI so that the reader can check the current online status. A printed issue cannot automatically reflect a later correction or retraction. When an official reprint is produced after a notice has been issued, the status should be made clear rather than reproducing a superseded claim without warning. Clinically relevant updates remain available through the journal’s online record.

Verification and concerns

A reader uncertain whether a seller or edition is authorised may ask the publisher to verify it, supplying photographs, a sales link or edition information. The publisher distinguishes legitimate licensed reuse from a misleading claim to official status and addresses inaccurate claims where possible. This notice does not impose an additional restriction on reuse already permitted by the article licence. Questions or supporting documents should be sent through the CMP editorial office at cmpfinance@jandoopress.com, identifying the manuscript number or article DOI where available.
