Official Print Edition Notice

JGTSS is distributed primarily through its open digital edition. The journal identifies electronic ISSN 2759-7830 and print ISSN 2760-2508. An official printed issue is a physical edition issued or authorized by the publisher; the presence of a print ISSN does not require an author or reader to buy a copy or imply that every published article has a separately marketed print run.

Current print supply

Jandoo Press supplies official printed JGTSS copies on request. Printing is optional, excluded from the APC and not automatically provided to authors. Before taking an order or print subscription, the Finance Office quotes the issue, quantity, format, production and delivery costs, anticipated fulfilment and cancellation terms in writing. Availability is assessed for the requested order; a digital issue does not imply that stock is held. Direct orders and quotation questions to jgtssfinance@jandoopress.com.

Status and bibliographic accuracy

Where official copies are produced for archiving, institutional use, authors or another stated purpose, the copy identifies its volume, issue, publication information and publisher. An annual compilation is labelled as a compilation of the cited issues and is not presented as a new original publication of unchanged articles. Cover dates, copyright years and issue numbering are checked against the corresponding digital records before printing.

For citation and the current status of an article, readers consult the digital version of record and any linked correction, expression of concern or retraction. A physical copy cannot automatically display a later correction; the journal therefore retains accessible notices and references the online article record. A printing error that affects meaning or identification is corrected or explained without silently altering the original publication history.

Requests and optional costs

Authors and institutions may ask the editorial office whether an official copy of a particular issue is available. The office states whether the copy is in stock or would require a new production run, the anticipated delivery arrangements and any charge before accepting an order. Where production, binding or delivery costs are payable, an itemized quotation explains them. No print purchase is required for submission, peer review, acceptance or access to the online article.

A complimentary or promotional edition is described according to its actual distribution terms. A statement that a particular official edition is not for sale refers to that edition’s distribution; it must not be misread as a restriction on lawful reuse of the openly licensed article. The APC invoice and any optional print order are kept distinct so an author can understand the full voluntary cost.

Independent printing and rights

Anyone may print or reproduce material licensed under CC BY 4.0, including for commercial purposes, provided the licence conditions and any clearly identified third-party exceptions are respected. A local printout is not an official publisher-issued edition and must not falsely claim authorization or use protected branding to imply endorsement. It is inaccurate to say that CC BY article printouts are for personal use only.

Reusers identify the source and author, link or refer to the licence and indicate adaptations. The availability or unavailability of official copies does not narrow these rights or justify a registration barrier to the digital files. Readers should not rely on an independently altered printout when establishing the authoritative article text.
