Article Processing Charges (APC)
The journal operates as a fully open-access journal. No subscription, registration, or reader access fee is required to read articles published by the journal. To support editorial administration, production, online hosting, indexing preparation, and long-term access to published content, an article processing charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
The APC amount is clearly stated below and is available to authors before submission. No fee is charged at submission, during editorial screening, or during peer review. APC payment is requested only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. The journal does not request, collect, or process any APC payment before a final acceptance decision has been issued.

Fee waiver and discount policy
The journal may grant APC waivers or discounts in appropriate cases. Eligible authors may include authors from low-income countries, authors facing financial hardship, or authors who meet other qualifying circumstances considered by the journal or the publisher. The availability of waivers and discounts is intended to support access to publication and does not alter the journal’s editorial standards.
Waiver and discount requests should be submitted to the editorial office before or at the time of submission, unless exceptional circumstances apply. The request should briefly explain the reason for the waiver or discount request and, where relevant, provide supporting information.
Waiver decision independence: Waiver and discount decisions are handled independently of editorial decisions.
APC waivers and discounts do not influence editorial assessment, peer review, reviewer recommendations, or final editorial decisions. Editors and reviewers are not involved in APC payment arrangements. The journal does not use APC payment status as a criterion for peer review or acceptance. Manuscripts are assessed according to scholarly quality, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field.
