Direct Marketing
Any direct marketing activities undertaken by Jandoo Press or on behalf of its journals are conducted in accordance with the following principles:
- Targeted and appropriate: Solicitations for manuscript submission (e.g., call for papers, email invitations) are directed only to individuals with relevant expertise in the journal's subject area, based on their published research profiles or prior engagement with the journal.
- Non-intrusive: The frequency and volume of marketing communications are managed to avoid excessive or unsolicited contact.
- Accurate and non-misleading: All marketing communications accurately describe the journal, its scope, its editorial standards, and its fee structure. No false or exaggerated claims are made regarding impact, acceptance rates, or indexing status.
- Opt-out option: Recipients of email marketing may opt out of further communications at any time.
- No misrepresentation: Jandoo Press does not send marketing communications that could be confused with official notifications from indexing databases, funding agencies, or academic institutions.
