Vadim Viktorovich Demidchik
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Chief Researcher, Professor and Senior Doctor of Science at the Institute of Experimental Botany of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and a preeminent academic leader in the fields of environmental ecology and plant physiology in Belarus.
His research achievements boast remarkable international influence, with over 13,000 citations on Google Scholar and more than 50 high-quality academic papers published in top international journals such as Nature. He has presided over a number of major international scientific research projects including the Fundamental Research Fund of the Republic of Belarus and China-Belarus intergovernmental cooperation projects in environmental ecology and agricultural science and technology, and serves as a core editor for several international botany and ecology journals. He has taken the lead in building a high-standard China-Belarus international cooperation platform for environmental ecology and agricultural scientific research, actively promoting academic cooperation and talent exchanges between China, Belarus and other countries in environmental ecological restoration, agricultural ecological regulation and plant biotechnology, and enjoys extensive and important academic influence in the international fields of environmental ecology and plant physiology. Focusing on key ecological issues such as soil salinization and heavy metal pollution, he has achieved a series of groundbreaking results in plant stress resistance improvement, phytoremediation of damaged ecosystems and sustainable development of agricultural ecology, providing important theoretical and technical support for environmental ecological restoration and green agricultural development.
Tsyganov Alexander Rimmovich
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Foreign Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Academician of the International Academy of Engineering, the Russian Academy of Agricultural Education, the International Academy of Agri-Environmental Technologies and other academic institutions.
He holds the titles of Senior Doctor of Agricultural Sciences and Professor, and has been awarded honors such as the "International Person of the Year" by the International Biographical Centre (Cambridge, UK), "Honored Scientist of the Republic of Belarus" and "Excellence in Education of the Republic of Belarus" (2021). He is an Honorary Doctor of Yerevan State Agricultural University (Armenia) and Grodno State Agricultural University (Belarus), and an Honorary Professor of many universities including Volgograd State Agricultural Academy (Russia) and Kazakh National Agricultural University (Kazakhstan). He has made fruitful academic achievements with an i10-index of 66 on Google Scholar, and has devoted himself to the field of agricultural environmental science for many years. Endowed with profound academic research foundation and rich teaching practice experience, he holds a high academic status and professional recognition in the international agricultural science community, and has vigorously promoted international academic exchanges and cooperation in the field of agricultural environmental science.
